GREENWOOD, Ind. – The College Sports Communicators announced their 2025-26 Men and Women's Track & Field and Cross Country Academic All-District teams on Tuesday afternoon, honoring 12 Trojans.
To earn the recognition, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically, hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale and wither be a Top-50 individual at the 2025 NCAA XC Regional Championships or have a Top-50 regional ranking in a single indoor or outdoor event, based on TFRRS results.
The following Anderson athletes received the distinction:
Spain Vaughan (Greer, S.C.) – Mile, 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, 10000m
Johnny McCoy (Easley, S.C.) – 400m Hurdles
Jordan Gross (Chester, Va.) – Heptathlon, 60m Hurdles, High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump
Lucas Pryor (Greer, S.C.) – Pole Vault
Sean McAdams (Greenville, S.C.) – Mile, 3000m Steeplechase, 5000m
Will Cronin (Lexington, S.C.) – Mile, 3000m, 5000m, 10000m
Ally Macurda (Charlotte, N.C.) – Pentathlon, Heptathlon, 60m Hurdles, High Jump, Shot Put, Javelin
Avery Marshall (York, S.C.) – Pole Vault
Molly Hanlon (Cumming, Ga.) – 800m, 3000m, 3000m Steeplechase, 5000m
Cate Murawski (Mount Prospect, Ill.) – Triple Jump
Emma Whitaker (Inman, S.C.) – 400m, 800m, Mile, 1500m, 3000m
Kennedy Roush (Greer, S.C.) – Mile, 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, 10000m
