ROCK HILL, S.C. – Anderson University women's soccer sophomore Ansley Douty (Mount Pleasant, S.C.) was named The South Atlantic Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 22.
 
Douty helped lead Anderson to a 2-0 shutout and SAC win over Tusculum in the Trojans only match of the week. In the match, she tallied four shots-all coming on goal-with one finding the back of the net in the 74^th minute of play. Douty also recorded an assist for the first goal of the match in the 32^nd minute.
 
The Black and Gold are back in action on Wednesday when they host SAC opponent Lenoir-Rhyne at 5 p.m.
