NEW ORLEANS – Anderson University Cross Country has been tabbed among the Southeast Region's top teams entering the 2026 season, with the men's squad ranked No. 2 and the women's team seated at No. 3 in the USTFCCCA Preseason Regional Rankings.
 
On the men's side, Anderson sits at No. 2 in the Southeast Region, trailing only the reigning Southeast Region Champions No. 1 Wingate. The Trojans are followed by No. 3 Flagler, No. 4 Catawba and No. 5 Augusta round out the top five.
 
The Anderson women's squad comes in at No. 3 in the Southeast Region. Sitting ahead is No. 1 Wingate and No. 2 Catawba. No. 4 Augusta and No. 5 Flagler round out the top six in the preseason rankings on the women's side.
 
The Black and Gold look to build on their foundation as they head into the 2026 campaign with a promising mix of returning experience and fresh talent.
