ANDERSON, S.C.--Anderson Men's Tennis (2-3, 0-2) dropped a 4-1 decision to South Atlantic Conference opponent, Lincoln Memorial (6-0), on Saturday afternoon. 

The visitors earned the early advantage with a narrow victory in doubles play, winning Courts 1 and 3 by scores of 6-4 and 7-5. Mathis Collignon (Les Pavillons Sous Bois, France) and Sky Thavornchaisophon (Bangkok, Thailand) were up 6-5 on Court 2 when their game was called. 

In singles play, Vicent Fenollar (Alicante, Spain) earned a straight-set victory at Court 2, defeating his opponent 6-2, 6-1. 

The Railsplitters picked up straight-set wins of their own, however, on Courts 4, 5 and 6 to clinch the win. 

Collignon was up 6-4, 5-4 on Court 1 when his match was called, while Wynn Shioi (Las Vegas, Nev.) was tied 2-2 in the third set on Court 3 when the match ended. 

The Trojans will travel to Tusculum to continue SAC play on Wednesday (March 4).
