Muir Named Midfielder of the Year; Six Trojans Named To All-Conference Teams

ROCK HILL, S.C. -- The South Atlantic Conference has named six Trojans to All-Conference teams, with four making First Team All-Conference and two making Third Team All-Conference. Sophomore Megan Muir (Bedford, N.H.) highlighted the announcement with her second-straight major award as she was named the Midfielder of the Year and landed a spot on First Team.

Muir followed up her Freshman of the Year campaign with another dominant year in the midfield to earn the 2026 Midfielder of the Year award. Her 91 draw controls are the second-most in the SAC and 35 more than she contributed in her first year. She picked up 45 ground balls and forced 32 caused turnovers, good for fifth and sixth best in the SAC. She is also lethal on offense with 54 points, 38 goals and 16 assists.

Sophomore Ellie Wilkins (Chuluota, Fla.) joins Muir on the First Team after leading the Trojan offense with 58 goals good for third-best in the SAC. She is top-five in points as well with 63. She had a hat trick or higher in 12 of the 17 games she played in. She had a career-high of seven goals in the top-20 win over Lander on the road in February.

Junior Ava Skeffington (Charlotte, N.C.) continued to have a noteworthy career after earning Attacker of the Year last season. She earns a spot on the First Team this season with a well-rounded offensive statline of 59 points with 47 goals and 12 assists. Her points and goals sit in the top ten in the SAC. She had 10 hat tricks or higher this season.

Sophomore Edie Wilkins (Chuluota, Fla.) led the Trojan defense to earn a spot on the First Team. She came up with 38 caused turnovers on the season, the fifth-best in the SAC. She added 29 ground balls and seven draw controls.

Junior Emma Toole (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.) landed a spot on the Third Team for her performance in the midfield this season. She had 21 points this season with 16 goals and five assists. She picked up 22 ground balls with 12 draw controls and 10 caused turnovers.

Senior Jackie Tiongco (Memphis, Tenn.) joined Toole on the Third Team with a big defensive performance of 20 caused turnovers, 11 draw controls and 21 ground balls. She hit the mark of 100 career ground balls this season.

The Trojans' season continues tomorrow, April 29 when they take on Lenoir-Rhyne in the SAC Semifinals on the road at 4 p.m.
