ANDERSON, S.C. -- Coming off their fourth-straight 20+ win season, head coach PJ Zocchi and the Anderson University baseball team have announced their 2026 schedule.

The Trojans kick off the season with a 10-game homestand, featuring a trio of three-game series and one lone mid-week showdown. Anderson will start their season on Saturday, January 31 as they welcome in the Tornado of King University to the Memorial for a three-game set. The teams will face off in a doubleheader on 1/31 starting at 1 PM with the final game of the series on Sunday, February 1 at 1:00 p.m.

The next weekend sees the Senators of Davis & Elkins come to the Electric City for a three-game set, with a mirrored schedule for Saturday and Sunday. The Trojans first midweek match up welcomes Augusta to Anderson for a non-conference match-up, with the first pitch taking place at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10. The Black and Gold then turns to conference action as Newberry comes to town for a conference series on February 13 and 14. Friday's single game is set for 4:00 p.m. while the doubleheader on Saturday will kickoff at 1:00 p.m.

A midweek trip to Emmanuel on Tuesday, February 17 stands between the Trojans and their first road conference series of the season, with a weekend trip to Greeneville, Tenn. to take on the Pioneers of Tusculum University.

Rounding out the month of February with the start of a nine-game homestand, the Trojans will play host to Southern Wesleyan on Tuesday, February 24 before the Eagles of Carson-Newman come into town on Friday and Saturday, February 27 and 28.

The homestand continues into the month of March with a visit from Emmanuel on Tuesday, March 3 with Lincoln Memorial coming that weekend for a conference series on March 6 and 7. A midweek match up with Claflin on Tuesday, March 10 brings the homestand to a close. 

The Trojans take a trip to Hickory, N.C. to take on the Bears of Lenoir-Rhyne on March 13 and 14 before making the short trip to Central, S.C. on Tuesday, March 17 for their second non-conference match against Southern Wesleyan. Another match up with Southern Wesleyan on Tuesday, March 24 sandwiches the other side of a home conference series with Emory & Henry on March 20 and 21.

The next two weekends will feature conference match ups against Mars Hill (March 27-28) and Catawba (April 3-4) as the Trojans take a week off from the midweek contests. Anderson will then make their second straight trip to Fluor Field at the West End, home of the Greenville Drive, for a midweek non-conference match up with North Greenville on April 7. 

The final three weekends of the season sees the Trojans host just one more conference series on April 17-18 against UVA Wise while the rest of their contests will take place on the road. Included in that stretch are conference series with Coker (April 10-11) and Wingate (April 24-25) as well as midweek non-conference contests against North Georgia (April 14), Southern Wesleyan (April 21) and Augusta (April 28).

Anderson starts their season against King (Tenn.) on Saturday, January 31 at 1:00 p.m.
