Every Trojan Scores In 81-68 Win Over Mars Hill

MARS HILL, N.C. -- The Trojans earned an 81-68 win over Mars Hill (4-17, 1-13 SAC) on Friday afternoon in their second weekend of rescheduled games due to inclement weather. Every player that got minutes scored for the Trojans who move to 9-11 overall and 5-9 in the SAC with the win.

The win was far from easy for the Trojans as they went down 19-8 in the first ten minutes. The Lions were up by as many as 13 in the first quarter which would be their biggest lead of the game. Anderson shot 15.7 percent from the field in the first quarter.

Both teams were piling on points in the fourth quarter, with a 13-13 battle through the first five minutes. The Lions fought it out, closing on an 11-8 run that wasn't enough as the Trojans cruised to a victory.

Harris led the Trojan offense with 21 points, her sixth game of the season with 20 or more points. She shot 10-13 from the line and added five rebounds, four assists and two steals.
