Trojans Defeat USC Sumter; 7-0

 

SUMTER, S.C. – The Anderson men's team opened up its fall season with a,7-0, win at USC Sumter on Saturday afternoon at the Palmetto Tennis Center.


The Trojans won 2-of-3 doubles matches, earning them the crucial first point of the match. Following the doubles action, Anderson ran the table in the singles action winning all six matches.

Adam Kush defeated Arthur McCarthy 6-4, 6-2
Thomas Pudney defeated Federico Roman 6-1, 6-4
Julian Kenzlers defeated Andres Videma 6-0, retired
Juan Sengariz defeated Kristen Pavitt 6-0, 6-1
Spencer Snow defeated Liam Barry 6-3, 6-4

Cabo and Kush won 8-4
Sengariz and Lorenzo Martinetti won 8-3


The Trojans will compete in the ITA Individuals on September 24th in Sumter, S.C.
