NEW ORLEANS – Anderson's women's cross country team earned the fifth-place vote in the Southeast Region preseason rankings, as announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Tuesday.
 
The Trojan's sit behind fellow South Atlantic Conference foes Wingate, Catawba and Lincoln Memorial in the regional lineup for the 2025 season.
 
The Black and Gold open their season at the Bulldog Stampede in Wingate, N.C. on Sept. 20.
