ROCK HILL, S.C. – Anderson's Elliot Dotson (Simpsonville, S.C.) has been named the Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 6.

Dotson finished second out of 272 finishers at the UAH Chargers Invitational on Saturday, leading the Trojans to a first-place team finish. The field was comprised of 26 teams including nationally-ranked competition.

The Black and Gold begin post-season when they head to the South Atlantic Conference Championships on Saturday, Oct. 25 in Greeneville, Tenn.
