Costa was named the assistant for the Anderson University Women's Soccer program in April 2024 and enters his third season with the Trojans in 2026.
During his first two seasons at Anderson, Costa helped guide the Trojans to the program's first NCAA Southeast Regional appearance in 2025 after finishing with an 11-6-2 overall record and a 6-3-1 mark in South Atlantic Conference play. Working closely with the goalkeepers, he helped the Black and Gold record nine shutouts during the historic campaign.
Costa graduated from Florida Southern College in 2012 with a degree in Human Movement and Performance (Exercise Science) with a minor in Psychology.
