ANDERSON, S.C. – Spain Vaughan (Greer, S.C.) of men's cross country and Kenndy Roush (Greer, S.C.) of women's cross country have been selected as Anderson University's Jimmy John's Athletes for the week of Sept. 15.
 
Vaughan won the individual title out of 145 finishers in the Bulldog Stampede hosted by Wingate University on Sept. 20. He also led the program to a team title, taking down nationally ranked No. 1 Wingate.
 
Roush finished second overall out of 108 runners at the Bulldog Stampede. Setting a personal record, her time of 21:43 for the 6k now places her No. 2 all-time on the AU performance list. Roush helped lead the Trojans to a third-place team finish out of 13 teams in the competition.
