Women's Tennis Drops Contest At Erskine, 5-2

DUE WEST, S.C.- Anderson University women's tennis (4-1) fell to nonconference rival Erskine (3-2), 5-2, on Saturday afternoon at Sloan-Cox Courts.

AU's Gigi Sompayrac and Valentina Borda earned two wins, but it was not enough to defeat the Flying Fleet.

Erskine earned the early double's points and then won four of the six singles matches to claim the, 5-2, victory.

Anderson returns to action to begin conference play on February, 24^th vs Lenoir-Rhyne. First-serve is slated for 2pm at the AU Tennis Complex.
