ANDERSON, S.C. -- The No. 3 seeded Trojans came back from a first set loss to get a 3-1 win in the South Atlantic Conference Quarterfinals over No. 6 Lincoln Memorial. Anderson finished their home schedule 9-3 and with three straight wins.

Todd Hay said. "So proud of them and all they meant to the program during their time at AU. Thank you to our fans tonight for all their support. We knew LMU would play better this time around and they certainly did. However, once we cleaned up our hitting errors, it seemed to really settle us down. Hopefully we can continue to improve as we move on to Rock Hill."
The Trojans got off to a slow start, hitting -0.023 in the first set with just 11 kills. They turned things, averaging .375 in the remaining sets. Anderson finished with 61 kills to Lincoln Memorial's 44.
Graduate student
Libby Nieporte continued to step up on offense with 17 kills on a .359 hitting percentage. She notched a double-double with 10 digs, one ace and two blocks.
Sophomore
Sophie Deese came up with 18 digs and a team-high four aces.

Ellie Nieporte also had a double-double, with 51 assists and 13 digs.

Karley Black was just one kill short of her career-high with 12 kills and a .345 hitting percentage.
The Trojans now head to Rock Hill, S.C. where the SAC will host the semifinals and finals. Anderson will battle the No. 2 seeded Lenoir-Rhyne on Thursday, Nov. 20th at 7 p.m. The results were split in their regular season meetings with the Trojans getting the most recent win 3-1 on Nov. 6th.
