HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- Using a balanced offensive attack, Anderson
swept past Coker, 3-1 (20-25, 25-11, 25-22, 25-21) in Conference
Carolinas volleyball action Friday night. Anderson improved to
17-11 overall and 9-5 in conference play, while the Lady Cobras
fell to 3-24 and 1-13 in the conference. The Trojans are peaking at
the right time, having won two in a row and five of their last six
contests, with their lone setback a five-set decision at Lander.
Juniors Jamie Lancaster and Adria Mullaney combined for 35 kills on
the night, while fellow junior Lindsay Doggett notched 39 assists.
Sophomore Katie Rich added 18 digs, while Marlie Bryant recorded 11
digs. Anderson continues its three-game conference road swing by
visiting St. Andrews Saturday afternoon. First-serve versus the
Lady Knights is slated for 2 p.m. in Laurinburg, N.C. Game Stats
