Competed in four meets this season...Holds program records in the 60m and 110m hurdles...Competed in one meet during indoor before injury...Helped the 4x100 relay team to a 7th-place finish while placing 13th in the 110m hurdles preliminary round at the SAC Outdoor Championships...Bennett opened his season with the Black and Gold at the Clemson Opener where he finished 15th in the 60m hurdles with a program record time of 8.73...Recorded a career best 110m hurdles (15:40) at the Electric City Invitational.

Prior to AU
Was a member of the Campbell University Track & Field program...Competed in 10 meets for the Fighting Camels...Finished 8th in the 4x400 relay (3:28.43) and 19th in the long jump (6.07m) at the CAA Outdoor Championships.

Attended Hammond School where he was a member of the football and track & field teams...Team earned three state titles for football...Earned All-State WR honors...Earned All-American honors for track.
