ANDERSON, S.C. – Anderson University men's and women's Director of Tennis Joey Eskridge has amassed 250 combined wins with his recent women's victory over Columbia College on Sunday at the AU Tennis Complex.

Eskridge is in his eleventh season as head coach of the Trojans. In his previous ten seasons with the men he has won two conference tournaments, one regular season championship and led his team to the NCAA tournament three times. On the academic side, the women's program has won the Dr. Shirley Jacks Academic Excellence Award 8 out of the last 14 semesters. The men's program won the award for the fall semester of 2017 becoming the first men's program to earn the honor.

During the 2017 season, both the men's and women's teams each won 18 matches, equaling the men's all-time season win record and surpassing the women's all-time season win record. The 2018 men's team earned a national ranking as high as No. 23 in late March.

The men's team has won a total of 131 matches while the women's team has triumphed 120 times during Eskridges coaching tenure.

Both the men's and women's team will hit the court again on Thursday to participate in the ITA Individual Invitational Tournament.
