GREENWOOD, Ind. -- College Sports Communicators announced their 2025 Academic All-District Men and Women's Track & Field and Cross Country Teams on Wednesday afternoon, honoring 10 Trojans.
To earn the recognition, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically, hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale and either be a Top-50 individual at the 2024 NCAA XC Regional Championships or have a Top-50 regional ranking in a single indoor or outdoor event, based off TFRRS.
The following Anderson athletes received the distinction:

Ally Macurda (Charlotte, N.C.) - SP, 60m H, HJ, Pent
Sean McAdams (Greenville, S.C.) - 1500m, 5000m, 3000m, 3000m SC
Ty Nelson (Moore, S.C.) - 3000m SC
Noah Stump (Easley, S.C.) - 800m
Kennedy Roush (Greenville, S.C.) - 3000m, 5000m, 10000m
Spain Vaughan (Simpsonville, S.C.) -1500m, 3000m, 5000m, 10000m
Emma Whitaker (Inman, S.C.) - 400m, 800m, mile, 3000m
Sarah Wimpee (Summerville, S.C.) - SP, DT, HT, WT
Mclayne Wyatt (Greenville, S.C.) - 1500m, 3000m, 5000m
