Baseball Welcomes Four for 2015

ANDERSON, S.C. – After announcing the singing of 14 newcomers in the middle of July, Anderson University baseball has added four more recruits for the 2015 season, bringing the recruit total to 18 for the upcoming season.

The additions will mark the largest class in the last four seasons of the program, breaking 2012’s mark of 14 recruits. The large number of incoming players looks to fill gaps left by 14 players who will not be returning from the 2014 roster, highlighted by Landon Beck, who was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in this year’s Major League Baseball Draft.

“These four guys really round out our 2014 class,” assistant coach Kaleb Davis said. “These are some impactful players to go along with the other members of our strong recruiting class.”
