Queens Doubleheader Moved To Friday
February 26, 2004ANDERSON, S.C. -- The Anderson-Queens (N.C.) basketball doubleheader scheduled for Thursday night has been postponed because of the snow storm that hit the Anderson area Thursday morning. The doubleheader has been tentatively rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. Friday. A final decision will be made late Friday morning. The doubleheader will feature two teams ranked in the top 10 in the region. The Anderson women's team (19-6) is ranked ninth in the East Region poll, while the Queens men (19-6), a Final Four team a year ago, are ranked eighth in the East Region poll.
