Softball Camps in Progress at AU
June 20, 2012ANDERSON, S.C. – Head softball coach Tommy Hewitt’s annual summer camp are happening at Smethers Field!
More than four dozen youth are participating in the yearly camp, receiving instruction from the Trojan coaching staff and players, while working on the basic fundamentals of softball through individual and group instruction as well as game experience. The campers are focusing on pitching, catching, hitting, bunting and base running, with a special emphasis on the mental aspects of softball.
