Men's Tennis Team Captures Tourney Title
April 20, 2008SUMTER, S.C. -- The Anderson University men's tennis team made it a clean sweep of the Conference Carolinas regular-season and tournament titles with a 5-1 decision over Limestone Sunday afternoon at the Sumter Tennis Center. Anderson, 18-7 overall, has won the last three regular-season and tournament titles under the direction of head coach Rodrigo da Silva. Anderson has won the last five tournament titles and six of the last seven. In three tournament matches, the Trojans lost just two team points.
