Trojans In Fifth After First Round At St. Andrews
March 19, 2007VASS, N.C.-- The Anderson University women's golf team is fifth after round one of the St. Andrews Invitational at Woodlake Resort & Golf Club Monday. Northwood University and Mount Olive College are tied for the lead with first round score of 352. Queens University of Charlotte is third at 355. Anderson shot a 371 in the first round. The Trojans were led by Sophie Dembroski, who shot a 87. Dembroski was followed by Jennifer Fretwell 92 and Jennifer Odle 93. Erin May and Carlie Eastman tied with a score of 99. The second round will be play Tuesday morning.
