Women's Golf Team In Second Place At CVAC Tourney
April 20, 2006HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- The Anderson University women's golf team shot a 345 to tie for second place with Mount Olive after Thursday's first round of the 2006 CVAC Tournament at the Hartsville Country Club. Pfeiffer shot a 316 to take the first-round lead in the six-team, 54-hole event. Following Anderson and Mount Olive are Queens (N.C.) 350, Belmont Abbey 355, and Limestone 361. Carlie Eastman led Anderson in the first round with an 80. She was followed by Jenny Odle 83, Erin May 88, and Lindsay Vallo 94.
