Lady Trojans Tied For 11th After First Round

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The Anderson College women's golf team is tied for 11th after the first round of the 20-team Lenior-Rhyne Intercollegiate at Bay Tree Plantation. West Florida with a 311 holds the lead after the first round. Central Arkansas (315) is four shots back. Nova Southeastern, Pfeiffer, and Newberry are tied for third at 316. Anderson is tied with Queens University of Charlotte and Wingate at 340. Anderson was led by Erin May with an 83. She was followed by Jenny Odle with an 85, and Carlie Eastman and Jenny Fretwell, who both shot 86. The second round will be played Tuesday morning.
