Lady Trojans In Ninth At Tusculum

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. -- The Anderson College women's golf team is in ninth place after the first round of the 12-team Agnes McAmis Memorial Tournament Monday. Anderson shot a 341 in the first round. Carlie Eastman led the Lady Trojans with an 82. Anderson's other three scores were: Darcie Davis 85, Janie Wichert 85, and Brandi Jackson 89. Central Arkansas grabbed the first round lead with a 314. West Florida is second at 319, and Lincoln Memorial is third at 326. The first-round individual leader is Clara Fornella of West Florida, who shot a 2-over 74 on the par-72, 5,800-yard Link Hills Country Club course. The second round will be played Tuesday morning.
